12:19 PM Boat Trip / Sailing Meeting on Lake Constance
Friday evening starts with a special Sailing Meeting on Lake Constance. Enjoy the unique atmosphere by the water, connect with Tablers from around the world and start the weekend with a relaxed maritime experience.

7:19 PM NationsNight at Villa Prym
At the NationsNight, you'll meet Tablers from around the world.
With a magnificent view over the lake, the Nationsnight takes place in the Villa Prym.
Saturday Daytime Programme
The Saturday daytime programme is planned as a shared experience for all participants: wine tasting in Meersburg. In case of rainy weather, the programme will switch to the catamaran trip and Dornier Museum as the bad-weather alternative.
12:00 PM Wine Tasting in Meersburg
If the weather allows, all participants will join the wine tasting in beautiful Meersburg. Discover one of the most charming towns on Lake Constance, with its steep alleys, historic atmosphere and wonderful views across the lake.
Rainy-Day Alternative: Catamaran Trip & Dornier Museum
In case of rainy weather, the wine tasting programme will be replaced by an indoor-friendly alternative: a catamaran trip across Lake Constance followed by a visit to the Dornier Museum in Friedrichshafen, where aviation history comes to life.
Please note: This is an either/or programme: wine tasting in good weather, catamaran and Dornier Museum in case of rain.
12:15 PM Presidents' Meeting at the Captain's Table
Exclusive for one delegate per table: Exchange knowledge, best practices and future vision during a dedicated Presidents' Meeting.
The Presidents' Meeting takes place on a ship at the Captain's Table.
7:19 PMSaturday Evening: Gala Dinner at Hotel Halm – Maurischer Saal
Step into a world of 1001 Nights: the historic Maurischer Saal at Hotel Halm Konstanz sets the stage for a glamorous gala evening. Immerse yourself in an extraordinary atmosphere of elegance and oriental charm — right in the heart of Konstanz's old town, just steps from the main station.
